This package is for families who want more in-depth guidance beyond the initial consultation. We work with you across three tailored sessions to map out the best care solutions for your loved one.
This includes:
• A full care situation review
• Family support & communication strategy
• Signposting to social care, community, or legal pathways
• Empowered planning for future care transitions or emergencies
All advice is professional, neutral, and designed around your family’s values and needs.
Optional: In-Person Home Visit – £ X + Travel (Surrey & surrounding only)
For local families who prefer face-to-face consultation, we can arrange a visit to assess the home care environment, provide tailored planning, and guide next steps with care.
